EMFT Sessions
I am an Equine Myo-manipulative Functional Therapist (EMFT), offering sessions designed to support muscular relaxation, mobility and body awareness.
Every horse is different.
My approach combines observation, touch and an understanding of how horses compensate and adapt.

Assessing posture, movement and areas of restriction.
Assessment
Identifying tension patterns and areas requiring attention.
Treatment
Using gentle myofascial techniques to support relaxation and mobility.
Feedback
Providing owners with observations and recommendations.
